Wheat flour, protein mix (wheat protein, pumpkin seed protein, sunflower seed protein, egg white, protein-enriched whey powder), soy flour, yeast, salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of food fatty acids), oat flour. May contain traces of LUPIN.

Intake

Preparation & consumption recommendation: Knead 100g of mix and 75ml of water for about 4 minutes with a hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Let it rest covered for about 20 minutes. Then roll out between two strips of baking paper. Remove the top baking paper and top as desired. Bake for 10-12 minutes at about 200-220°C (convection).
