1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (IronMaxx Nutrition, Wegelinstraße 15, 50354 Hürth, info@ironmaxx.de, Phone: 02233-7191-0, Fax: 02233-7191-120) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2.Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to IronMaxx Nutrition Customer Service Wegelinstraße 15, 50354 Hürth without delay and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of thirty days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.

3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal (§ 312g, BGB)
(2) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
1.Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
2. Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery
3. Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
4. General Notes
1. Please note that according to our return policy, returns of products that have already been opened or used cannot be accepted unless there is a demonstrable defect or fault.We ask for your understanding that for reasons of product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept opened goods for return unless it is a product that demonstrably does not meet the specified standards or is defective.
2. Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components if possible. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging to avoid sufficient claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.
3. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect if possible.We provide you with a free DHL return label via email or post, provided that you are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
