Vitamin C 1000

Vitamin C 1000 - High dosed!

Vitamin C is one of the best-known Vitamins. The body cannot produce Vitamin C itself and relies on intake from food. The best sources for Vitamin C intake are raw fruits and vegetables. However, cooking reduces the Vitamin C content of these foods, resulting in the body not being able to consume enough Vitamin C. Additionally, there are people who avoid Vitamin C sources due to allergies or personal aversions. In both cases, additional supplementation is important.

Maintaining the Vitamin C level is not possible without further intake of this Vitamin. Athletes who lose more Vitamins and minerals through sweat or smokers whose Vitamin C level is depleted with each cigarette have a higher need for Vitamin C.

For this reason, IronMaxx® Vitamin C 1000 high dosed was created. One capsule contains an enormous 1000mg of pure Vitamin C, which should meet the needs of every athlete. There is also no need to worry about an overdose. Since Vitamin C is water-soluble, any excess is simply excreted in the urine.
