Who is eligible to participate in the competition?
Participation is open to all persons aged 18 and over. You do not need to be a customer of IronMaxx® to participate.
Terms and Conditions
Participation in the competition of IronMaxx Nutrition GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer," is free of charge and is governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions.
1. Course of the Sweepstakes
The sweepstakes “Aldi Nord x IronMaxx iPhone Giveaway February 2026” takes place from
02/02/2026, 00:00 until 28/02/2026, 23:59 .
During this period, participants have the opportunity to register for the sweepstakes via the provided online form.
2. Participation in the Sweepstakes
Participation is done by filling out the registration form and subsequently confirming the email address as part of the double opt-in process. Only confirmed registrations will participate in the drawing. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or the use of services. Only one participation per person is allowed. The use of multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning is not permitted.
3.Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 years and older residing in Germany. Employees of the organizer, their relatives, and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in case of violations of these terms and conditions or suspicion of manipulation.
4. Prize, Notification, and Prize Delivery
A total of five (5) iPhones will be raffled among all valid entries. The model, color, and storage capacity will be determined by the organizer. The winners will be determined after the entry deadline by random selection. The winners will be notified on 03/15/2026 via email to the address provided during registration.If winners do not respond within 7 calendar days after the prize notification is sent, the prize will be forfeited and a substitute winner will be drawn.
The prize will be shipped free of charge to a German delivery address. Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is excluded. The winner is responsible for any potential taxation of the prize.
5. Premature Termination of the Contest
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the contest in whole or in part at any time without prior notice for important reasons.
This applies particularly in cases of technical problems, attempts at manipulation, or legal reasons.
6. Data Protection
In the context of the contest, personal data will be processed exclusively for the execution and handling of the contest as well as for contacting in the event of winning.Data will not be shared with third parties unless it is necessary for the execution of the competition. Further information on data processing can be found in the organizer's privacy policy.
7. Applicable Law
Exclusively the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
8. Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these terms of participation are or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose shall apply.
